1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland and non-mainland locations such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Delivery Options and Costs

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders over £30). Delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Express Delivery: £6.99. Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high demand.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

5. Failed Deliveries and Returns

  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid delays or extra charges.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at shipping@yaldatea.co.uk with your order number and any supporting photos (for damaged items).

  • We will work with our courier to resolve the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

7. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at shipping@yaldatea.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to orders that have already been processed.
